Considering a new GLC - all that turn up in a search appear tp be fitted with the "optional" Burmester system. Is there an alternative to this option or is the alternative "no sound system?" I very, very rarely use a car radio, will (equally rarely) play a CD and on those occasions am not listening critically so a megawatt system with speakers everywhere holds no appeal . (I know CD players have gone out of fashion. I would simply rip a few CDs and write them to a thumb drive)
