I got my GLC 220d SUV delivered on 1st November. I also have a second car which is a Mercedes EQA250. I really liked the Automatic Cruise Control feature in EQA250 which does the following: If I am driving in a 100 km/hr zone and had set the speed using the cruise control at 100 km/hr and when the car enters a 80 km/hr it "automatically" reduces the speed to 80 km/hr. I was told from the sales of Mercedes that this is due to the "Distronic" feature and purposefully choose the Distronic feature in my new GLC. However this doesn't work and I always had to press the "Resume" button when I move from one zone to another which has a different speed limit. Am I missing something?
Any explanation, suggestion or help would be appreciated.
